Contact.

Access requests, support, billing and everything else arrive at the same inbox, and it is read by the person who built the product. Replies go out within two working days.

Monday to Friday, UK time. If you are writing about a fault, the project name and roughly when it happened will save a round trip.

What to write about

  • Access. Ask for an account, or ask what one includes. The access page sets out the process.
  • Support. An export that failed, a transcript that came back wrong, a clip that framed badly. Screenshots help.
  • Billing. Plans, invoices, or a charge you did not expect. Say which account it relates to.
  • Privacy. A copy of your data, a deletion, or a question about what is stored and for how long. See privacy.
  • Security. If you think you have found a vulnerability, describe it and don’t test it against other people’s projects. It will be treated as a report, not a nuisance.
  • Press, partnerships, anything else. Say what you are working on and what you need. A short email is enough.

What isn’t offered

There is no phone line, no live chat widget and no reseller network. If you need to talk something through before deciding, ask in an email and a call can be arranged, though most questions are answered faster in writing and with something to look at.

Business details

SnipHawk is an independent business operated from the United Kingdom, and this site is its marketing site. The product itself runs at the address you are given when your account is opened.

For anything that has to be on paper, ask at the address above and a postal address will be provided.
